Our products are available in Canada for Canadian customers only. Only VISA and Mastercard domiciled at Canadian
addresses will be accepted as payment. After signed client approval of drawings, a 50% deposit is required to process each order.
Immediately after you complete your purchase at Stainless.ca, your order is sent to our production facility,
manufactured with the best materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and generally shipped within 6 to 8weeks. Most of our products ship with UPS. If oversized, we will contact you for shipment particulars.
Due to the unsightly nature of minor abrasions on finished stainless steel products, and the fact
that we're manufacturing 'custom-made' products, we can only offer free replacement for products damaged
during shipment, or store credit. For more information regarding stainless steel finishes, please browse our FAQ website.
